Just a Place for Drinks; Seriously. Food & Service are lacking. This place was solid with the original owner years ago. Not anymore. ONLY one good female bartender. You will leave hungry with a Big Bill. Drinks are solid though. Say I didn't warn you.

Amazing! Take a trip to Basque/Spain here ... moreso than anywhere I've found between SLO and SF. Pintxos, Jamón ibérico, and Gilda's! Great vibe and even better service! I sat at the bar and Sydney provided great recommendations! Eating here brought my mind back to my trip to Spain!

Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and had good happy hour cocktails and both pintxos and tapas with very fresh ingredients. It felt like stepping into Spain or Bilbao for a moment in downtown Paso. Sydney was very personable and professional! We will definitely come again.

The food and cocktails were delicious. We had a paella and two tapas between two of us and it was a perfect amount.

A lovely new spot in downtown Paso from the folks at LPC. Amazing paella options and a killer wine list for such a casual spot

Every dish here I tried was delicious and of high quality. The seafood paella (Catalan style, with noodles, instead of rice) is so good! As was the steak and octopus. Every drink is created extremely well. Service was consistently great both times I've been there.

Such a treat to have a delicious tapas restaurant here on the central coast. The drinks and everything we sampled were top notch. Highlights: white sangria, gazpacho, artichokes, croquetas and the chocolate cremoso! We also have dietary restrictions (dairy) and there were still lots of options and they were very knowledgeable about helping us select appropriate items. Wish I could have sampled more of the menu but that just means will have to go back!

Exquisite elevated Spanish tapas and paella. Lamb so tender, gambas so buttery, and a fried artichoke dish that was out of this world. The technical expertise with the crispiness where it should be, the tender inside, everything so perfectly done. Then we had the paella Del Mar. We expected typical and I suppose should have paid more attention to the menu because it’s right there: it was prepared with squid ink sofrito for the rice, a garlic saffron aioli, so different than any other seafood paella we have had. So, so good!!!! A perfect soccarat also. Yum! We learned that it is a sister restaurant to Les Petites Caneilles so the excellence in the kitchen totally makes sense. Also had a wonderful Priorat throughout and an amazing crema Catalana flavored with orange to finish the meal. Absolutely loved it and highly recommend!! Well worth it!!

My boyfriend and I visited from SF and we loved it so much. The paella was to die for! Go order it — you won’t regret this choice.

This place has quickly risen to our favorite place in Paso. The food is 5 star and the service is exceptional. From the octopus or the sausage tapas or apps to the main dishes of paella and top it off with dessert. This is our fave - can’t go wrong - special date or treat to yourself - this is the place. We love sitting at the bar - the mixologists are so knowledgeable and inventive. The paella is excellent.
