It was okay, owner was there visiting with us. We got there early. We ordered one roll took over 30 minutes to get. We were the only one in there. A walk in order got there's prior to ours.Sushi was just okay.

2nd time here and I love it even more! We are passing through again and stopping by Samurai Sushi & Roll is the best decision all day. Great atmosphere and great food, so fresh and yummy. Thanks Pete you rock it!

This place is ridiculously expensive! $18.99 for one sushi roll. Looks like all his plates start from $18 and up. The sketchy part is that all his menus have the prices scratched out so make sure you ask for the price first! That way he wont change the price in the last minute. I ordered their tokyo sushi and it was terrible.The fish here is not fresh nor ther miso soup. Im Sure this business is on its last limb.

One of our favorite restaurants to have delicious sushi. Service is always excellent. Only reason for 3 stars is the owners political bias with a jar at checkout asking for money for a past politician/businessman. Please keep your political beliefs to yourself. Don't bring it into your business. We probably won't go back. But I want to reiterate that the sushi here is excellent.

This used to be one of my favorite sushi places in town but the place seems to have gone downhill. Stopped to pick up some sushi and, first thing I noticed was that all the prices on the menu had been blackened out. When I questioned the owner about this, he said that because costs keep going up they can't keep their menu prices current?? I paid for the food and felt it was a bit high for what we ordered. When I got home, my wife and I noticed that the portions of the sushi roll and mixed tempura were much smaller than in the past and the food did not seem fresh. Such a disappointment. We probably won't return. Sad.

This place used to be so good. I know the Covid situation messed up a lot of businesses, but is that a reason to rip people off. My husband went in to get an order to go. They had marked out all the prices from the menu and when my husband asked why the owner started telling him that he was putting his kids through college and paying their bills. We ordered a mixed tempura. The tempura was limp and the veggies were cut small and the shrimp was tiny. My California roll was meh and the spider roll my husband had was not good. All for 34.00 dollars. Like I said we used to come here all the time. But I think it's time to give it up because he is here to rip off his customers. Do not eat here.

Happily surprised. This is local family owned and operated and doing everything they can to provide quality food.We ordered a sashimi platter, some nigiri and a couple of rolls. The fish portions were the largest I've ever had! Compared to others I say they are at least twice the size in fish slices. The rolls were nearly the length of my forearm. ?? ???They also get a short of approval as they were open, where the two other local sushi restaurants were closed between lunch and dinner.Lastly... Please be patientYou'll see the staff is small and times can take longer than expected, but I'm so happy that they are open for business!
What I ordered and what I got was two different things. Very disappointed as I spend over $90 on food.

Sorry but I've had better. I had a California roll with miso soup. Roll had a bit too much rice than I am accustomed to. I won't slam this establishment but I didn't feel the authenticity. I know everyone is struggling to survive so I hope the best for them. If you're nearby give them a try. Prices were more than fair. Fortunately everyone has their own opinion and this one is mine.

Would i recomend? ABSOLUTELY NOT. IT WAS SO BAD AND JUST FOR 24.99 FOR TWO MEALS? Disgusting!! 1st, it smelled bad especially since it was take out. When me and my mom took a bite it was a no no. The seaweed was so hard and it was not good. It looked like it was in a rat house or something. Would I go if i was starving to death? Hell no.
