First, we've been by multiple times. With the open sign on and according to what was written on their window, they were supposed to be opened but never were. Fine.
When we finally saw the doors opened, we went in for brunch. I ordered the waffle combo with sunny side up eggs. The eggs were no where near sunny side up, and the blueberries on my waffles had mold. Health code violation 🔮
My husband ordered the enchiladas. There were 2 tiny enchiladas on his plate with a side of salad that took up 2/3 of the plate. Literally 2 cigar sized enchiladas. $18 for each of our plates.
Ultimately, bad food, bad and slow service.
Weird place....

Very disappointing experience. The service was terrible! It was only one waitress for the entire place, didn’t take the correct order and seemed completely overwhelmed, she stated multiple times that she was new and didn't want to ask for help. When we tried to address it, management didn’t seem organized or willing to help. No one took responsibility, and it felt like chaos the entire time. Definitely not a place I’d recommend until they fix their service and management issues.

We went at 10:20am, at 1030 our waitress took our order and got us water and we ordered bloody marys and breakfast. We were a group of 3. After 20 min we only had water and our waitress shows up says she's new and doesn't know how to make bloody Mary's and doesn't want to stress out the owner so it might be a while. 10 min later our friend gets her breakfast but nothing for us other 2. Finally at 11:12, 52 min after we got there we get our bloody Mary's and food at the same time (drink, appetizer, and entree all at once) the chile Verde omlette was luke warm and the hash browns were completely cold, Brussel sprouts were good. Bloody Mary's served in rocks glass tasted like tomato juice with no garnished but a lemon wedge. On the good side they did not put them on the bill but overall disappointing service, timing, and food temp. Sad to say would not recommend.

We were really looking forward to breakfast at Sienna and Hope based on the reviews but it was a huge disappointment.

The good - The service was polite & attentive.

The bad - The food was just not good. I ordered a dish with pulled pork and I received chewy chunks of pork. It wasn’t even close to pulled pork. Everything we had was very under seasoned. Potatoes, eggs, all of it needed some salt and other flavor.

An absolutely fantastic new restaurant with “going the extra mile” service, excellent food, good menu selections, and a great kid’s menu. And they offered tastings prior to wine selection! Reasonably priced. I imagine this place will be bustling with groves of happy returning customers in no time. We will be back!!

Have been here several times for Lunch and every dish I had was great! All item on the Lunch menu were $7 to $19! Great value for Downtown Paso Robles! 😋

Lots of potential, but they need a skilled cook. Food was not very palatable; left most of it uneaten. Brussel sprouts were over saturated with balsamic vinegar and the brie on the apple and brie sandwich was mostly brie rind. Very bitter. The wine pour was not very generous.

We wandered in, not realizing they’d only been open a few weeks, and had a delicious dinner. Both the chicken piccata and the fettuccine were great — properly cooked, flavorful and a step above the usual preparation. Well worth a visit, and as they find their rhythm and are discovered by diners, I anticipate it becoming a lively and popular spot.

We were attending an event at Studios at the Park and a friend recommended this restaurant to us on our way out as we had not eaten dinner before the event. We had no expectations for this restaurant as we had never heard of it. Nonetheless, we thought we'd give it a try and are so very glad we did! I had the Ahi tuna and my husband had the Linguine and clams. Both dishes were delicious and the dessert, the cheesecake was not your typical cheesecake. I liked this one better, it was more mousse-y. Service was very attentive and the restaurant was nice and clean, not noisy as other restaurants in the area. Will definitely return in the near future and highly recommend!

Had a fantastic lunch and decided to sit outside and enjoy the weather and the people walking by interested in our amazing plates of food. We opted for the salmon tacos as they were the special for the day. They did not skimp on the salmon! We accompanied our meal with awesome clam chowder and appetizer of calamari (which was the steak, not the legs to our surprise), it was so sweet and tender and again a nice portion! Finished lunch with the decadent lemon cake which was totally amazing!! Our waiter was super attentive and a pleasure to have. Will be going back for dinner to try some of their savory dishes. These people know what they are doing to make eating here an exceptional experience!
