We saw on the Internet that they were open, so we came down to have beer with some friends. But then the sign at the door said they don't open until 2 PM. Gosh, darn so we went and sat in our car for an hour, until they were going to open at two. Because that's what the sign on the door said. But little did we know when we did enter and they opened that they open at noon. They just didn't care enough about their customers to tell them they were open. Aside from that, beer is delicious. Chuck our server was absolutely knowledgeable and incredibly personable!!!

Best Brewery in Paso. From the beers to the customer service! Never dissatisfied with what's to offer.

Great experience but the coffee stout it one of my all time favorites. Please don’t stop making espresso-o-boros.

This brewery wasn't easy to find but I'm glad I did. The hours of operation are a bit prohibitive for me as I don't live in the area but I'm glad I made it while they were open. I found access to the micro brewery through the shared doorway of The Pour House. Once inside I was immediately impressed by all the tap handles in place. It was a small taproom but I was surprised with all the merch such as tank tops, T-shirts and hats available for purchase. I didn't stay because holiday freeway traffic had already begun building and I had a long drive. I picked up 2 West Coast IPA 4-paks from their cooler (Laughing Pecker and Hop Maniac) to have at home. My next weekend trip to Paso Robles will definitely include a stop here. The 2 IPAs were crisp, hoppy and well balanced. They really highlighted the various hops in beautiful West Coast (clear) style.

My fave.

This place is a small, local brewery with good beer. They had some indoor seating, but mostly outdoor seating. There was no food served here, but I believe that you can bring your own food if you like.

Really good beer and great staff. A nice selection of fresh beers ranging from lagers to saisons to IPAs. The staff also knows beer and brewing and are great about talking shop. The only down side are the acoustics. It's my new must stop

This is THE BEST new brewery in town. I love the 32 oz beer cans. A little too much :) the best beer in town and Chuck is a great host.

Know before you go - this brewery is not kid friendly and that even applies to babies. That said, they were incredibly nice about letting us know (it's a zoning thing) and even gave us a discount for our trouble. They also recommended a Thai place that was fantastic, and were generally super friendly. We didn't get to try much sadly since we couldn't stay, but the hazy we took to go was great. Additionally, our relatives who have very discerning taste when it comes to beer agree, this place is top notch. We will be back in 21 years!

We loved this place. It took us a bit to find it, but it was worth that little bit of confusion. It was totally unpretentious, the people were SO friendly and the beer was delicious. Typically, my girlfriend and I differ in beer tastes, but we both loved Chuck-amok - the Belgian IPA. We will definitely visit again if we're in the area.
