Mojito sorbet gelato was deliscious!!
Cute, clean candy, chocolate truffle, and gelato shop right in the heart of downtown! My tired kid immediately perked up as we vacationed here on a cold rainy winter day. Highly recommend stopping by to satisfy your sweet tooth!
I love a good candy shop but I didn’t realize walking in that I would need to sell a kidney in order to make a purchase. Kidding aside, maybe not a kidney, but definitely my first born, or even worse, my dog. But alas, at $34/lb., my wife may need to consider turning tricks. Times are tough out there, so imagine my surprise that a box of Hot Tamales costs more than a gallon of gas. A gallon of gas I could have saved by just driving to Target to peruse their candy aisle. Which is what we did. If we ever win the lottery, I’m buying out SLO Sweets and putting up a banner that says, “Under New Ownership. You’re Welcome.”
Dubai chocolate was out of this world. I eat a lot of it, this is the best version I’ve had.
I was going to pay 14$ for a double scoop of ice cream and I’m not allowed to mix and match flavors for my scoops - told I had to buy 2 different cups?! First ice cream shop in my entire life that has ever told me that. I just walked out…
$30 for a bag of mixed jelly bellies, half of which were stale. I didn't even know it was possible for jelly bellies to be stale.
Very little selection and terribly over priced! $9.52 for .28 pound of candy.
