I have mixed feelings about writing a review like this but I can’t help it. Spearhead has some of the best coffee I have tasted and their cafe is well decorated. However, I am constantly met with baristas who have a unwelcoming arrogance that really brings the cafe down. Please train your staff to be more respectful to the patrons who are willing to pay $8-$10 for coffee. A simple thank you for coming in and smiles go a long way.
The coffee and atmosphere are great but the service needs to improve. The newer baristas are too slow and inefficient. The baristas that have been there for several years are great. As a regular customer since 2016 I will say that it is effecting your business in a negative manner. I have to avoid your establishment if there’s more than two customers in line because it will take 15 minutes to get a latte.. The two girls working today 6/15/25 @5:30pm have me questioning if...

Just say you don’t have a microwave.
Coffee was fine. Not an award winning PSL so get something different. Scone would have been awesome warm. Atmosphere would be great for meeting a friend or doing homework.
