As his worker for tap water. He said that because of Starbucks Policy . He can’t give me free water unless we made a Purchased . I was even going to leave them tip . California law, specifically the Water Shutoff Protection Act (SB 998) and the Human Right to Water, generally prohibits denying water for life-threatening medical reasons, requiring water providers to protect service for residents with health conditions when certified by a doctor, even if they can't pay, as long as they arrange a payment plan or qualify for assistance. Denying water under such medical circumstances would violate the state's recognition of safe, accessible water as a fundamental right.

Made me wait 30 mins on a mobile order for one pre-made food item. Employee said let me check on that and never did. Stood there staring and no one asked if I needed help. Normally would be so chill about mistakes but no apology blamed it on sticker not printing. Thanks for not checking but the drink was good.

I get it is a lot when it gets busy. I wish the employees would realize that the delivery drivers are not paid by the hour like they are and that long wait times, and not prioritizing driver apps hurts the delivery driver.

Lately everytime I order a breakfast sandwhich, (2-3 times a week) they have been completely off. The top bread isn’t even connected to the bottom or it’s completely sideways. I understand that they just heat it up but how hard is it to make the sandwich a sandwich. That combined with the atmostphere of the whole establishment just makes me not want to continue to go here

I've unfortunately had more than one experience with grumpy drive-thru staff. One guy and one lady in particular truly seem like they dislike their job and make it the problem of the people who patronize the place via the drive-thru. The other staff are fine, but for whatever reason, they seem to frequently put these two grumps on the drive-thru. Go inside or go elsewhere if you don't feel like dealing with some random person's bad day today.

Very great staff here, EZ was super helpful when i mentioned i was getting Anxiety and was having trouble breathing, helped me with what to do and recommended a tea for it! Friendly staff deserves more than just a tip, that deserves a great review! THANK YOU!

Every time me and my bf go in this one lady tries to act like we’re stealing then today I ordered my drink on the app had my bf go in to get it and the lady YELLS out the drive through window asking if those were are drinks, and made my bf prove that it was are order. So so so rude. Like lady just because I’m alternative and I have piercings does not mean that I’m the one that’s stealing. If I wanted free drinks I would go to my own work. Seriously get a life and leave me alone I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location I don’t need some lady accusing me of stealing when I just payed my hard earned money for some mid drinks. Anyways all the other employees are so sweet so thank you guys

I order several times a week from this place, and they are always very stingy on the caramel. I pay for extra caramel that I always get barely any. I also ask for light ice and they always dump a Ton in my cup. I like the people who work there, but for the amount of money I spend at this place I could get some better products. When your customer asks for extra caramel give them extra caramel. When your customer asks for light ice, give me light ice. It’s not hard.

Workers here have plenty of time to talk badly about previous customers they have had during the day… meanwhile myself and another customer stood around awkwardly for 5 min while 5 workers talked loudly about annoying customers and worked on our two drinks? Don’t even get me started on the unreliable hour me at this store.
