my favorite starbucks location!! I go out of my way to get to this specific one on my way to work. i didnt order a short hot blonde flat white but they delivered one! i think her name is chelsea or something? anyways she never fails to make my drink and make my day.

Brooke at the drive-through at Starbucks is amazing! She always has a smile on her face and makes my coffee just the way I like it. Her friendly attitude brightens my day every time I swing by for a pick-me-up. She definitely deserves a shoutout for her excellent customer service!

Update: I haven't seen the lids since. Had a nightmare about one though. The workers give me extra big drinks without charging me, so I am giving it 5 stars now.
The service and food is great, workers are nice, ect. However... they have these new flimsy plastic lids that don't fit the cup- barely picked up my hot chocolate and the lid popped off, the contents inside exploding out on to my work clothes. :( A lid has one purpose and this is a coffee shop.
