I have been a supporter/consumer of Starbucks coffee and their other products for decades. I/we have eaten inside of locations for breakfast on numerous occasions and this was the first time I was asked for here or to go? I said well here of course. My breakfast came out on a plate! It was even hand delivered by the very friendly/smiling Cathy! My coffee also came out in a great big mug that was also a pleasant surprise! This next level of customer service was unexpected but at the same time I was touched by how special the employees here made it feel like another level of relaxation and exemplary customer service! If I lived closer (we are in the Seattle area) I would make this my number one place for coffee! Thanks again for a memorable trip down superior customer service lane with a big shout out to Cathy!

I was visiting for a few days and stopped in every morning for an oatmeal and coffee. Every time the staff was really nice and brought my order to me. There was a really good vibe at this location and I'll miss my mornings here!

Wow!! Cathy is SOOOO RUDE!! What is she doing working at Starbucks?? She was SO sarcastic! Emily wasn't much help, she was even more sarcastic!! I come here everyday to get my elderly client a beverage. Maybe we should start supporting our local business!!
