We stopped in this Starbucks for breakfast on our way to the northern Cal Coast. We were disappointed however. The bagel was not what I ordered. I asked for the bake to be double- toasted with cream cheese. I also ordered a soy latte’ and extra hot. My wife ordered a cinnamon dolce. We didn’t have time to eat there so we decided to eat on the road. By the time I got to eat the bagel I noticed that was not toasted and kind of doughy. My latte was about 2/3 of a cup full. That...
Came in twice over two days.
First day: A few girls behind the counter were distracted and gossiping. We waited around 20 minutes for our order even though there was plenty of staff and it wasn’t busy. We had to ask about our order and they made it on the fly.
Second day: Very busy time for the staff, coffee was made with some cold foam even though it wasn’t included in our order.
No biggie, some staff may need some extra training and also...

The manager Sarah and all of her staff or so very friendly and kind. They always greet me with a smile and the drinks are perfect! Best Starbucks in SLO county!! Hand down!! Thank you all so much for your hard work ? ❤️
