Beautiful space, with amazing service and delicious food. We called late afternoon New Year's eve to see if they had any availability for a party of 7. They said they could take us 8pm. They had the table ready for us right on time. We ordered every appetizer and could not choose a favorite! We all enjoyed something different for our entrees from Margerita pizza to halibut to Strawberry salad to Gnocchi. Not one complaint around the table. Phenomenal service from the whole staff! Not an empty water glass or wine bottle or finished plate sat too long without being refilled or take away. Wonderful spot. Can not wait to go back and try something different on the menu. Thank you Stokehouse for your hospitality and professionalism on such a crazed evening! Best wishes in this New Year for you all.

What a nice hiding spot in downtown Paso Robles. My wife and I are definitely returning to keep exploring their menu. Everything looks so good! We had the pork chops and the steak, both were so delicious and tasty. Desert was also fantastic! We didn’t know that the owner was the one taking care of us till she stopped to ask if everything was okay. She’s a very down to earth person, polite and attentive. Please do your self a favor and try their fantastic menu. You won’t regret it!
Surf & Turf – Perfectly cooked filet topped with a rich mushroom sauce, paired with creamy mashed potatoes, tender asparagus, and a decadent lobster tail with a savory cream sauce. Every bite was delicious and well-balanced.
🍝 Seafood Pasta – Generous portions of scallops, salmon, mussels, and clams tossed with linguine in a light cream sauce, topped with fresh Parmesan. The seafood was fresh and the flavors blended perfectly.
🌮 House Special Empanada– Crispy, cheesy, and topped with fresh salsa verde, crema, and queso fresco, served alongside lettuce and cherry tomatoes. A delightful surprise on the menu that didn’t disappoint.
The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting—perfect for a relaxing evening. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a place that delivers both quality and variety!

Hits on all cylinders. Firstly we were impressed with how clean and well maintained / organized the establishment is. The menu was varied without being overwhelming (to customers or the chef). My wife had the ribs - better than most any BBQ we have ever been to, and that is saying much. I opted for a red sauce on the seafood pasta. The chef knows how to balance the ingredients well without over spicing. Service was outstanding. It is family ran by a family that gets along well as a team. Tables are well arranged and not crowded, Low ambient noise level. Cliental, when we were there, were classy - no noisy red necks or drunk chicks.

Love this place! Usually quiet, but I feel when the secret is out, might be busier! Amazing tender fall off the bone baby back ribs! My husband loves them! I enjoy the Salmon Piccata-on the specials menu- Delicious!! Enjoy! Very nice staff.
