A few months ago, this was still a well run Subway. Good customer service, good food. Now it's horrible. New employees do not greet customers, and will ignore you even if you are standing right in front of them. No love in the sandwiches. That and the tip features have ruined this store. Been going for many years, no more.

Food worker was taking a call, on her personally phone.. on the food line. She was wearing gloves but also touch her phone, then touching meat and everything else. Talk about cross contamination. Then proceeds to tell me she would be with me in one minute while taking her personal call right in front of me… on speaker. She was literally wiping away at her face with gloves in then proceeded to finish the sandwich. Absolutely disgusting.

Inconsistent. One day, service was poor, but the food was good. Another day, the service was better, but the bread tasted dry, and the sandwich was not good.

Unsanitary, old condiments, unripe avocado serves was ok but whoever brought out the old condiments should be in jail.

Very poor customer service! The little girl and little boy working inside were unprofessional flirting with eachother making comments ,the ice matchine had black stuff coming out of it and when we told them about it they looked at eachother and ignored us and not to mention the bathroom was disgusting?

Crew didn't even acknowledge us when we walked in. They kept doing side work. After order was ready and we waited at register, girl started fixing other sandwiches and made us wait. Poor service and roast beef looked and tasted awful.

ordered $50+ worth of food on the app for an 8:30am pickup. The app and the store front door stated this location opened at 8:00am. arrived at 8:40am to find the door locked with one employee inside. knocked on door she just said they were closed and it was up to me to cancel the order to get a refund. There is no way to cancel an order placed on the app. contacted owner, got a generic response apologizing. no refund. I ended up having to dispute the transaction via my credit card to force a refund

Placed online order at 8 AM for pick up at 8:30 AM. Arrived at store at 8:40 AM and found it to be closed. Store our sign at restaurant shows they were supposed to be open at 8 AM . Employee inside was rude and unhelpful and said would not open till 9 AM, we had places to be hence the reason for doing an online order. Haven’t been able to cancel order or get a hold of anyone at corporate or store manager.

Quality of restaurant looked third world. Dirty floors dirty prep station bad customer service makin' my sandwich.I just waisted $12.00. employees wearing street clothes not uniforms looking very unprofessional. Clean up your act.

0 stars if I could. I really don't know how this place is still running, I'm officially done with this Subway location. I feel like my toddler can make a better sandwich :( not only have they constantly messed up our mobile orders but the times we order in person they don't listen and have the worst attitude. I have worked in F&B clearly y'all need to get it together because the way you treat the customers is so terrible. Please avoid this place, they are not worth it.
