We had such a wonderful time. It was intimate, informative, and included really unique (and tasty!) wines. Glenna, the wine maker, even poured the same wine in different glasses to taste how the shape affected the flavor. Honestly our favorite experience in Paso so far and we bought six bottles, where everywhere else we’ve bought one.

Since going for the first time earlier this year, this is one of our favorite wineries. The tasting room is in downtown Paso Robles is intimate with wine maker Glenna leading you along the distinctive path of the amazing wines she has. The white petit Verdot is a stand out along with Glenna’s calming joy as she introduces you to it. A must visit when enjoying the literal fruits of the Paso Robles AOCs.

Stopped in for a last minute tasting, the owner is delightful and wines were delicious. She's so knowledgeable and has an interesting background in microbiology. It's a small spot so I'd recommend making a reservation, we were lucky to go when no one was tasting. Would go back!

If you Google the best wineries in Downtown Paso Robles you will come up with Symbiosis Wines. There is a reason for this, they have earned this title. The owner takes great pride in her wines and is thorough with her explanations of wine, wine pouring and even the different tastes according to the type of glass! All 4 of us could not get enough of her wine! We each bought 2 bottles! It is very affordable and tastes DELICIOUS! Call ahead and make an appointment. You will be glad you did!

Walked in here because we had a coupon that we received from another winery. Unfortunately it was no longer valid but we decided to do it anyway. $15 for...I think it was like 6 or 7 tastings or something?? I forgot since it was a couple weeks ago. They were smaller pours than typical but it was nice to try a lot of wines and def worth the money! Glena, the owner, gave us all the attention since there was no one else in there, but it was like we were having our own private wine experience! She was so sweet and nice and explained every wine. She told us all about the photos on the wall and how the creation of her wine labels were done in an environmentally conscious manner. So happy we stumbled in!

Our private wine tasting was relaxing, educational and fun. Getting to speak to the winemaker was a privilege, and Glenna was thoughtful, warm and insightful. Symbiosis is a secret gem and we are so grateful for our experience on a special couples trip from Ohio.

Very intimate and the owner is just the best. We tasted the wines and talked about how she got into the industry (she was a microbiologist!). She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. All the wines were yummy and she runs a very "green" business. If you're downtown, go and visit this wonderful winery and it's owner and just have a fun time.

This winery is a hidden gem. I really enjoyed Glenna, the owner and winemaker, and I recommend the Syrah and the Torrontes. It was a delightful visit.

My wife and I were driving back to our hotel in downtown Paso Robles and wanted one more wine tasting before an evening walk then dinner. We asked Siri for nearby options and the first one listed, Symbiosis, was also the most highly rated. So, we popped in and learned why! The owner, Glenna, had one client doing a tasting and they invited us to join them. Glenna was knowledgeable, friendly, and interesting, and her space was great - awesome background music and cool art on the walls. Her wines were delicious and she went the extra mile in making sure it was a great experience. And, it’s a short walk from anything in downtown Paso Robles, as well as a great value! We highly recommend Symbiosis.

I popped into the Symbiosis tasting room & asked if there was availability for a tasting for me & 3 friends. The winemaker, Glenna, said yes but she did have a reservation an hour later. She wanted to be sure she could provide good service to her reservation & we acknowledged that we would not deter from her guests with a reservation. She set us up with an intimate & lovely tasting experience. Not only is she a gracious host & knowledgeable vintner, she makes AMAZING wine! We tasted her entire collection & we loved each & every one! She really knows her stuff. Her tasting room is warm & inviting and tastefully designed. We all agreed that it was our favorite tasting room, favorite tasting experience, and favorite wine!! Her reservation came in early but it was totally fine! She provided GREAT service to both of our parties & was incredibly attentive. Another fun fact is that Glenna (the winemaker) is a microbiologist (hence the name Symbiosis) and she has artwork in her tasting room that is not only beautiful but an homage to her field. This is my new favorite spot in Paso! She's doing incredible things!

While we were unable to go into the tasting room, i was so impressed by the owner and the service she provided. My friend and I were visiting Paso Robles for the first time to sample the area wines. She said if we were willing to take a chance without trying the wine first, she would deliver to our hotel when we arrived. We decided to try a Torrontés and a Nebbiolo. True to her word, the wine was delivered within five minutes of our arrival. The wine was very pleasant and was a perfect start to a great weekend!
