We had the absolute best time at the blending lab! My wife and I brought my parents to a class where we learned all about the different elements of wine in a fun, casual setting. The owners are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and super patient with newbies to wine. What we loved most about our experience was how they equip you with fundamental knowledge to look/see/smell/taste wine in an analytical way that allows you to understand why you do or do not like a wine. Sourcing their wines from all nearby vineyards, they had some spectacular varietals to taste. Location was also super convenient to great restaurants nearby once we primed our palates!!

It is fun using test tubes with wine…who knew equipment I used to associate with my most difficult course in high school, would now bring a smile to my face. Def check them out! And their swag is awesome too!

I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! Such a lovely ambiance right in downtown Paso. Super easy to park and lots of comfy spots to sit. The wine is SO good. Their concept is amazing and they have these super cool classes where you can blend you own bottle (mind blown!!) which is so fun, but I also have the best time just popping in for a flight. I’ve never had a bad wine here. The team that works here is so knowledgeable and welcoming, it is a MUST visit for me when I come to Paso. Add it to your list!

Love that our favorite LA wine club opened a tasting room in Paso! The member benefits with them are excellent. Plus it's sooo close to the downtown city park area. Grab some tasty takeaway food from nearby and pop in for a tasting. Everything tastes better with wine!

I came during The Blending Labs soft opening, then attended their first blending class in their new Paso Robles location. They make a point to be very educational so attendees gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the various components that comprise an enjoyable blend. After discussing each blind varietal, we blended our own and got a 350ml bottle of it to take home. This is Not just a tasting room like many others in Paso but an experience in lifelong learning. Highly recommended to enrich one's education in wine appreciation!
