The Chicken Shack Paso

Friendly and helpful service, clean, liked what we ordered. if we lived in Paso we would definitely go back more often. wish they sold fried whole chicken by the bucket.

Extremely long wait for food (30 mins+) on non crowded day. Understaffed, tables availible outside but dirty and dusty. Wont be back. Good luck

First time to a Chicken Shack. Oh wow! Chicken fingers are huge! Fries are excellent! Employees: excellent!

The chicken was over cooked, fries came out ok, but the service was downright rude. I get it, everyone is struggling to hire good people lately. But our server was literally a homeless woman with dreadlocks. If she wasn’t so rude this would be fine, but that wasn’t the case. She was talking extremely fast like she was on drugs, which was extremely obnoxious. And you could tell by her attitude that she wasn’t grateful to be there either. Normally, dreads are fine but it’s a little different when you’re being served food by a person who you know hasn’t washed their hair in months. Not the best look for a restaurant. Honestly this ruined the experience, and sadly the food didn’t make up for it. We will not be back.

Disgusting environment ? Do not eat here. This is the trashiest restaurant in downtown Paso. You’ll get better chicken for a more reasonable price literally anywhere else. One photo shows raw chicken on the ground, I don’t even know what the other photo is. Something on the drain from the soda fountain. This place is so new yet already needs some serious help ?

Lemon pepper wings had no flavor. Fries were super weak. Way too much breading. Macaroni and cheese was super salty and taste like it was out a box. What a waste of meal. Get a new recipe, that ain't it. Original wings were OK. Maybe we got a bad batch idk

The Mac n cheese is inedible because of how salty it is. The chicken wings are basically fried chicken but not even good. I've never had breaded wings and I was very disappointed. And the fries are like strings and taste like butter... I don't want to eat soggy butter strings. Gross. Not recommending to anyone.

Chicken done right. Wings were great, fingers are huge. Salad was very good

Very nice people working their. The foid was very good. We will be going back. Many sauces to choose from which were amazing spicy like i like it. And not spicy foreveryone else.

Food is good and priced right. Fries were fried in same oil as chicken-- only disappointment. TV sports was too loud

I'll start by saying the sauces are great. The chicken; however, is too thick and the breading too simple. I wish it was pounded out a bit to help tenderize.

Been there twice. Love chicken!! My daughter loves the Mac n Cheese bites! So many sauces too!Recently opened. Hope this business sticks around. Not many places to get a variety of chicken ?

The food is AMAZING!! And so many options! I usually get Buffalo Chicken Fries! I get my fries on the Buffalo chicken fries tossed in garlic Parmesan seasoning! GAME CHANGER! I highly Recommend this place!
