Loved this place. Food was fresh and delicious. Started with empanadas, garlic shrimp and mighty cap mushrooms. Entree was chicken paella. Food came up quickly. Server was great - was the only one covering the restaurant but never missed a beat. And owner stopped by our table which always makes a meal feel like you are eating with friends. Can't imagine not coming back next pass through Paso.

Another wonderful visit and experience at Junction Paso Restaurant at the Train Station in Paso. We were warmly greeted by owners Ingrid and Nick for a Saturday 11am brunch celebrating two June birthdays and we were given such treats!! Every detail was truly perfect...my friend ordered the Flat Iron Steak sandwich and I had the (always favorite) Huevos Rancheros... Parking (as always) is so convenient. Really appreciate these folks and the quality they provide!

This was not what I expected, but was interesting. The food was average as one of our dishes was a little cold. Paella was good but very lightly seasoned. Service was outstanding, lots of attention and interaction. The atmosphere was what threw us - the vibe was more local small town bar and grill than authentic Spanish eatery. With all the really good dining options in Paso Robles, this wasn't my favorite.

We found this place on OpenTable. It was very highly rated and my wife and I went there for brunch and spent a lot of time talking to the owners. They were fantastic people. The service was incredible. That drinks were delicious and the food was off the hook. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Junction has so much going for it, from terrific/authentic cuisine, at-the-door parking (almost unheard of in Paso Robles) and the friendliest staff in town! We can have a light meal, share Paella or enjoy a variety of interesting menu items with friends.

Everyone we encountered were helpful and attentive, especially the busser, who really went out of his way. The food was delicious, we will definitely be back!

This was our second time dining at the Junction. On this second visit we were disappointed with everything that we ordered...the only thing that was still good was the bottle of wine we ordered. We repeated two things that we loved the first time and we were so disappointed in both of the menu items. We tried one new and it was mediocre...if you do not want to be open on a Monday night then please don't open...service was lacking, food was subpar...it just was not the same. We will not be back.

A wonderful dining experience: eclectic menu, delicious cuisine, and casual ambiance...all made even more enjoyable by the personal attention bestowed on us by the owner/chef. Highly recommended!

Great experience. Our host Luke was amazing. Very knowledgeable of the menu and made outstanding recommendations. Also, very familiar with the local area. The food was very tasty and reasonable. A very comfortable setting!

First time I had heard of the Junction in Paso Robles. We had a really nice time there and the staff made it great. The food was ok and I would say a little higher price than I was expecting. The empanadas were good but lacked a little filling. The crust is really nice and crispy. The potata bravas were great! We shared the Junction Paella and it fell a bit short for me. The taste was ok but there was nothing that really stood out and Im not sure I would consider it a paella (probably more of a rice bowl). The staff made up for any shortcomings and we enjoyed our time there quite a bit. Cheers!

Wait staff was attentive, food and drinks were good, the seafood paella was excellent. Father in law 90th year celebration was made extra special by the attentiveness of the staff.

The surrounding is not very appealing. It looks like an industrial park. But inside is cozy and the staffs are friendly. The food is prepared hot and is delicious. It highly recommended if you want tapa food and paella.

We had the Spanish wedge, lamb lollipops and Cannellini. Everything was flavorful. Fun atmosphere. Great service. We took dessert home and that was delicious too. This is a place where when they are out of a dish. They are out. Meaning everything is always fresh.

Great ambience with outstanding service. I definitely recommend this gem within Paso Robles!

We liked the Junction. Of interest is the wine menu; one side offered local Paso Robles wines and the other side offered traditional Spanish wines. The Spanish wine menu suggested which American wines are similar for those not familiar w Spanish wines. The junction paella did not have adequate saffron but otherwise was good. I'm not sure if the restaurant was short- staffed, but if not, please hire more waitstaff for Friday night dinner. Service was super slow, Spanish style.
