We happened to choose this restaurant and are very happy that we did. It was a very nice restaurant not right in the city but a quiet place not far from it. We loved this restaurant and services. We do not live here, but next time we visit Paso Robles, we will sure to come back.
Wonderful experience. Arrived early but they took me right away.. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was solo so I could really only have one dish. I chose the seafood fideua. Every bite just exploded with "fresh". I will come again when I am in town.
We chose Junction Tapas & Winebar for our New Year's Eve dinner, and it was an absolutely fantastic decision. The atmosphere was festive and perfect for the occasion, but the food was the real highlight. The menu did not disappoint. The Wagyu steak was incredible—cooked to perfection and melt-in-your-mouth tender. We also had the paella, which was authentic, rich, and flavorful. The service really shined with the wine recommendations. The red wine paired with our steak and paella was superb; it complemented the bold flavors of the food perfectly. If you are looking for a great dining experience with top-tier wine pairings, I highly recommend Junction!
We came here for the prefix on New Year's Eve, and it was fantastic! The people here are very nice and accommodating. The food and wine pairings were perfect. A great way to spend New Year's Eve with friends or family. Will definitely be coming back here when visiting the area.
Really enjoyed their tapas and cava! Friendly, knowledgeable server. We sat the bar and had a lovely experience. A little loud to comfortably converse with dinner companions as the restaurant was totally full.
My second time there. Love tapas. The host and servers were REALLY great. As usual had brief conversations with both. They made me feel really very comfortable. Of course, since I'd been there before, I expected and the food was unique and exceptional. Have to say I was looking forward to seeing the host/server I had/ met a year ago. I kinda expected; people move on to better pasture (so to speak)..
The tortilla was as advertised...fresh and hot. We also had the non-seafood paella which was also very good. Located at the train station so it is somewhat quiet, which was nice.
Excellent, friendly service and delicious food! We had the Junction paella, stuffed piquillos, the octopus duo, shrimp borrachos, and chopped pipirrana salad. All recommended!
Fantastic dinner shared with friends. Amazing flavors, superior hospitality. Try the Sunday special!
We were pleasantly surprised by Junction. Great people, friendly service, and great food. We will definitely be back!

Food was excellent, but for Tapas, a little expensive for individual items. But maybe its justified because the quality of dishes served was excellent. Had the Shrimp, Wagyu Strip Steak and Potatoes.
Great ambience and location, we were met by Rocket upon arrival, whilst Luke was our server, both were relaxed and friendly. On this visit we were there to celebrate my Birthday, but it's great at any time. We ordered multiple plates to share, each dish superb, well presented with enough time between dishes. We've been multiple times and love the menu has some changes. Excellent if you prefer smaller meals that aren't too heavy. The Sangria is a must ;-) Excellent customer service, thank you!
This place has great food that is on the cusp of being outstanding. Excellent value as well.
Fantastic spot for tapas. Amazing wine selection. Staff are as friendly as they come. We will be back soon for more paella.
Really enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant, the food was very well presented, fresh and great flavors. From the beet salad to the wagyu steak. It was all very good. Service was a bit slow but it actually made for a relaxed experience we did not not feel rushed...maybe that was by design.
