We went for our anniversary dinner 6/20 - looking for a Michelin Star restaurant in Paso Robles - and the food, service, and atmosphere was good! It would have been a solid experience however there was a hair in the main pasta dish which at the Michelin Star level, should not have happened. There was no compensation or address from the Chef. A complimentary bottle of wine would have saved the experience, however it was not offered. The food was good, would probably try the other...

We had a truly memorable anniversary dinner at The Restaurant at Justin. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The food was exquisite—highlights included the halibut crudo, lamb, pasta, and a series of creative and delicious amuse-bouche selections. We ate at Justin's restaurant 15 years ago, it was awesome back then and now it's an experience not to be missed. Every dish was better than the one before, it was an ethereal dinner with a few hacks that I'll add.

The restaurant & bar area are beautiful, it reminded me of The Menu, except nobody was yelling "yes chef". There's a great outdoor patio and grounds that aren't to be missed. I can't adequately describe...
