We went for our anniversary dinner 6/20 - looking for a Michelin Star restaurant in Paso Robles - and the food, service, and atmosphere was good! It would have been a solid experience however there was a hair in the main pasta dish which at the Michelin Star level, should not have happened. There was no compensation or address from the Chef. A complimentary bottle of wine would have saved the experience, however it was not offered. The food was good, would probably try the other...
We had a truly memorable anniversary dinner at The Restaurant at Justin. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The food was exquisite—highlights included the halibut crudo, lamb, pasta, and a series of creative and delicious amuse-bouche selections. The kitchen was also incredibly thoughtful and accommodating of our dietary needs.Dessert was equally impressive, providing a perfect finale.
