We had an amazing experience during our first of what will be many visits to this awesome winery. My wife and I took the tour of the winery and this is a must do. Numerous stops each one explaining their wine, how it is made, and a chance to taste one of the great wines they make. You end in the tasting room to experience a couple more tastings, while you indulge in a tantalizing charcuterie board all sourced locally. Best winery tour ever.P.S. get the herb garlic parmesean fries and get extra fries sauce right away.

I would suggest skipping this place. This is more like a restaurant than a winery. Not my favorite while visiting the area. This is what I would call an employee run company. 1. You need a reservation and you shouldn’t 1/2 the place is empty. They say they don’t have enough servers (going back to an employee run company). The servers are pretty inattentive as our glasses in our ($40 per tasting) were empty most of the time, while the staff chatted with themselves behind the bar. The ambiance is there, if management ran it correctly. The waitress was nice enough just needs better management. Wines were average.

Really recommend this winery. It has a great ambience and great wines. We did a tasting flight with a wonderful cheese plate and enjoyed our time outside. Looking at the beautiful mountain are wine. Connoisseur was amazing. He was a country cowboy that knew so much about the wines

Maybe next time, it was too hard to order something. Tried to get our favorite wine on display that we had tried in a restaurant, but have to be a member. Was slow getting service as well so maybe because it's out of season.

I could not have chosen a better place to celebrate my mom's birthday and her soon to be move out of state! Our server and experience was majestic.

Traditional wineries are a destination. The Tooth & Nail House of Wine is an exploration. We recommend the “Wine & Vine Estate” tour. On this tour, we sampled 10 different wines across the Tooth & Nail estate, vineyard and barrel room. Each of the wine labels are distinctive to express the native energy of the various regions on the central coast of California. Luke was our 2-hour tour host through-out the estate. Hopefully, you will get him on your Wine & Vine Estate tour as well. We also met the owner in the Inner Sanctum Library that is reserved for exclusive wine tastings and various lunch menu options. A final bonus, we purchased more wine bottles that we tasted on the tour.

We really like this winery for many reasons but this review is going to focus on the food. In case you didn't know this winery offers a variety of options on their menu. One is the carnitas tacos. They are the best I have had. I would pair them with the whites here but I eat them with the reds. my husband and I are from southern CA so we have had our fair share of tacos, we talk about them when we go home, we love them that much! Saying all of that, make this a stop on your wine journey through Paso. We make it our first stop! You wont be disappointed, wonderful people and great wines, in a very fun setting. Until next time Tooth and Nail!!

Bill the director made our visit like seeing an old friend. Took care of us . We had a blast on Comedy night. Westside location is beautiful. Wine and food the best. Highly recommended!

Been here before it was Tooth and Nail, and I just loved what they have done with the place. Rob really has a good thing going here. Great location right off hwy 46 and just 10mins from Downtown Paso Robles. During our visit Andrea was absolutely a phenom host. Did you know the name Tooth and Nail comes from the old adage that the more the wine works (struggles) the better the wine they make. Hence their grapes fight tooth and nail. The Syrah, Tempranillo and Cab are all very good wines that will pair up with a nice meaty rib eye. The hummus was great flavorful and a slight tang of lemon made it really good. The garlic parmesan fries were crispy and light. Seating in one of their many patios enjoying fresh air and the surrounding beauty, well that just makes life special.

Wow what an experience. We made a reservation and we got a nice table inside. We ordered the cheese and cold cuts plate. It was excellent choice. The wine testing went great and our best vote was for the tempranillo. Best of all is the service. No rush. The person gave us time to enjoy the wine before pouring the next glass. Luke was an excellent host taking his time to cheat chat with us and to explain each wine. The experience was so great we became member and we will come back. Well deserved 5 stars if not more.

Made a reservation online for one person at 4:30pm on a Thursday and thought it would be packed but when I walked in, it was pretty empty. There were a total of 5 other people in the tasting room with a bartender and one other waiter. I've heard pretty good things in the past about Tooth and Nail and decided it was a must see. Tbh it's pretty fun and creative, a little gimmicky but definitely worth checking out. It's a castle with a moat but it's not stuffy or pretentious. They have $28 bottles of wine to $115 and they're all pretty good. They also have really fun interactive labels that you can scan on their app, as well as fun series that the winemaker plays around with in regards to blends and variations. JD was the bartender who served me and he was awesome and gave me pours of some wines that weren't on the tasting menu. I ended up signing up for their wine club because of how much I enjoyed the wines and the numerous fun events that they hold for members. I also ordered the garlic parm fries and roasted Brussels sprouts which were delicious and pretty large portions.
