I got the Quesabirria combo. It was really filling with handmade tortillas. It was very good authentic Mexican food. I was too hungry and forgot the picture. I’d give it a good review on presentation either way.
They have excellent food and the hand made tortillas are fantastic,They also have the best goat birria in townWe recommend everyone that are looking for a place to eat to come and give it a try.
1st impressionQuessa-birria tacos de chivo(goat) were very good ??? de res(beef) were okay. The asada beef in the "standard" taco truck taco was a little dry or over cooked(not sure if diesmillo aka chuck or arracherra aka skirt steak),but the tortillas and salsa were good. Will try again soon
