Taqueria Barajas offers a variety of delicious Mexican dishes, including asada fries, quesadilla de lengua, carne asada burrito, and carne asada tacos. The food is flavorful, with generous portions and tasty rice. The horchata is not overly sweet and the capirotada is a must-try dessert. The staff is friendly and helpful, explaining the dishes to first-time visitors. While some reviewers noted a decline in food quality over time, others praised the large menu options and tasty natural flavor waters, especially the horchata. Taqueria Barajas also offers catering services for those looking to enjoy their food at home.
