Truly an incredible burrito was served with generosity and pride by one of the members of this family run restaurant. She was so cheerful and got us exactly what we wanted which was a special surtida carne with two mixed meats: carnitas and pollo asado. Amazingly delicious, perfectly seasoned and juicy meaty goodness. The Mexican rice was especially tender and flavorful. Pinto beans too. We got the simple burrito and had a wonderful pickled Serrano pepper (maybe jalapeño), carrot...
The food was amazing. The carnitas are delicious and they taste like home made. I can’t emphasize how delicious their food is. If you are looking for Mexican food that tastes like homemade you need to go to Carnitas El Bajio.
Loved the food. It was fantastic. Very tasty and authentic. The service was excellent. Location was great, convenient and very clean. Atmosphere was great. It was calm and peaceful. I definitely would recommend to anyone to go to this establishment.
