Penn Valley Northridge is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever been too. The owner literally attempted to fight Steve infront of our son, threatened our family and attempted to sick a dog on him while he was trying to put our son in my car. Several customers came up to us and said they could not believe Carlos the owner just did that at his place of business.
