First time here and enjoyed a very nice meal. My son & I split a medium (half Hawaiian/half veggie) pizza. The toppings were plentiful and tasty. The crust was just perfect. We also shared a large Caesar salad. The serving was quite ample although a very mild flavor. Was a light dressing & did not detect any garlic. I chose a hard cider from their cooler- I asked for a glass but it was a bit warm. I prefer a frozen glass instead. The prices were decent & the staff friendly. I’d definitely return for the pizza

My husband and I have frequented mama J’s numerous times in the last year. We moved to Penngrove and this pizzeria is one of the benefits. I’m a pizza snob and can honestly attest this is the best, most flavorful, yummy pizza. The toppings are plentiful! We always get the Joes special. The salads are amazing too. Half order is ample for both of us! Wonderful owner Jessica takes pride in her business and you feel her warmth after stepping in. Staff is super friendly, Riley and Carly are so sweet. This is our go to- give it a try, you’ll be glad you did!!!

We ordered a large Papa Mimo's Supremo and loved it. Cooked to perfection, good amount of toppings and the crust was exceptional. Very friendly staff, great service and fair pricing. I would highly recommend!

I love a pizza place that is, well, a pizza place. Sounds simple enough, but so many restaurants actually make it hard for you to actually go there!
Mama J's is that place down the road that you can call or drive to and it's: 1) open 2) tasty 3) has tables to sit at 4) nice people to take and make your order 5) reasonable prices. There's even a piano outside that I have *never* been known to play and sing at.

Ordered 2 Large pizzas for delivery. Both pizzas had large voids where there was no cheese or toppings. Received a notification that our order was ready and took an extra 45 minutes to be delivered, needless to say it was cold.
So yummy! This is where we go to sit down and eat pizza, but their delivery is fantastic too!

I was there with my family our first time base on reviews we order they said 30 min to be ready, not busy at all and one hour passed before we got our pizza may be forgot order, kids hungry not so good customer service not going back.
