Such nice employees!I try to pick up the leftover bread every 1st and 3rd Monday and Tuesday for Una Vida's food distribution, for the less fortunate in our community, at Adobe Hillside Church, but I can't always get there in time.It would be great if they could set it aside for me to pick up. ??

This bakery has THE BEST French loaves in the area! That said, don't walk in expecting your typical bakery. This is a *working* bakery and, walking inside, you stand amidst all of the equipment that goes into baking. Yes you can walk in (not too far in, it's tiny). Yes you can buy breads (& pretzels). Yes it may take a few minutes as the Bakers will walk out from baking "in the back" to assist you in your purchase. Yes they have a cowbell. Yes you may just have to "ring" it over...read full review
