“Saying that Flour and Bloom “made” our cake is about as understated as saying Michelangelo “made” the David. Working with Ora Beth was everything. About a month before the wedding, she hosted us in their tasting room, where we enjoyed one delectable bite after another. Ora Beth conducted the tasting much like the hosts at all the surrounding wineries, telling us about the contents and flavors of each sample. As delicious as the tasting was, it could not have prepared us for how magnificent the wedding cake would be. Flour and Bloom delivered the cake to the venue and set it up for a nominal charge given the stress associated with that endeavor. Only the bride shined brighter than the cake in the eyes of our guests, and each piece led to exclamations of “oohs” and “ahhs” from everyone. If you are thinking about who to hire for your wedding, stop! Hire Flour and Bloom and move to the next thing on your list.“

“Recently moved here and have been trying some of the local croissants... haven't been impressed until I tried Red Bird. Got an almond and a chocolate croissant. Two things really stood out, serious layers and exceptional fillings. The chocolate was not too sweet and the almond had a deep flavor. I loved these croissants.“

“I have tried some of their breads and they are OK. Could be better. Not on par with La Brea. The baguette looks good but only comes in French (sweet) not sourdough. They should start making sourdough baguettes. The batards are shaped too much like basketballs but do come in sourdough as well as the non-sour or Pane Francese. Her caring attitude, explanation of the app and benefits, and willingness to offer a 2 minute wait for hot and fresh nuggets made my day. Juanita is an employee that should be prized by any manager.
