“Cutest local bakery! I went in looking for an afternoon treat and all the employees were so sweet, attentive, and friendly.

I got the carrot cake cupcake which is delicious and chocolate chip cookie which is so soft and chewy.

We happened to be talking about baguettes (I had a baguette keychain) and they were SO incredibly generous and gave one for me to try. It is delicious - super soft inside, great taste, good crust. 10/10!

They always have a second round baked sometimes around 9am every Friday-Sunday, so if you missed out of some donuts in the first round just wait for the second round or ask them and the donuts just melt in my mouth. Their croissants and jalapeño cheese bagels are the best. The price is reasonable and they are very friendly. Always come for more donuts and coffee. Their coffee is good plus the when you dip the croissant in it, it’s even better. It’s the best donut in Windsor, CA.“

“This specific location is always filled with super friendly and helpful staff. They recommended I download the app for all the benefits, which I did and now love. But they also helped me figure out how to navigate the app and rewards system,
while I was ordering and they did it all with a smile on their face. The store is always super clean and my orders never take long. You really do have a great staff at the Santa Rosa location!

“I entered the delightfully decorated entrance of the bakery or Boulangerie and was greeted friendly by an employee and then I saw the display case full of goodies and I chose a Croque Monsieur aka a big and delicious ham and cheese sandwich and I also chose a large piece of Quiche Lorraine and then I picked a Chocolate fillled Croissant and a small pastry of delicate bread stuffed with chocolate mousse and then it has a harder chocolate crust. “Waited about 15 minutes for an order that never came out. I eventually went back up to ask if they were still working on it and they said they actually hadn’t started it yet. I had also ordered two iced coffees, but one of the employees said they didn’t have any iced coffee up front and might have some in the back — though it sounded like he didn’t really want to go check — and instead asked if it would be OK to make an iced Americano.

By the time everything got sorted out, one of the breakfast sandwiches had already gone cold so I had to exchange it for another one.

To be fair, it seemed like most of the confusion was coming from their ticketing system, and the staff did end up giving me a 50% discount to make it right, which I appreciated.

“I have tried some of their breads and they are OK. Could be better. Not on par with La Brea. The baguette looks good but only comes in French (sweet) not sourdough. They should start making sourdough baguettes. The batards are shaped too much like basketballs but do come in sourdough as well as the non-sour or Pane Francese. “My family had a Black Forest Cherry Cake made for my 70th birthday. I’ve had many of these over the last 45 years since stationed in Germany, this was a 5 star cake, moist, correct fillings, overall top 3 cakes ever. Highly recommended, and I don’t give 5 stars…ever.“

“So excited to see this in Santa Rosa. I had already ate dinner across the way when I saw this was here. I decided to order Clam Chowder in a bread bowl to take home which is about an hour and a half north of Santa Rosa. They package the soup separate from the bowl so it was awesome! The staff was friendly and I got my order quickly. We will definitely be back.“

“BY FAR THE BESSSSST! I’ve gone to other places before and they are good but this place the first thing I was impressed by is how clean and cozy it looks and felt.
