I'll be returning for another pop-up dinner. The one I attended was a Basque menu and each item was delightfully plated and tasted delicious.
The pop up dinners are always an adventure in food dining. The chorizo rice and squid with squash blossom (Piquillo pepper coulis) was amazing along with the rest of the menu. Lynne always makes the dinner special.
Pascaline's Straits Kitchen noodle night pop-up was amazing. I ordered the miso marinade salmon, buckwheat soba noodles, soft boiled egg, edamame, gome dressing, and the flavors were absolutely perfect. My husband ordered the Teochew braised duck leg, tofu, soft boiled egg, bok choy, pickled peppers. He said this dish was absolute perfection. Sublime flavors and unparalleled quality of ingredients.
