But I can honestly say that over the course of the last two weeks, I have been pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed with 2 individuals on 2 different trips to the Healdsburg Safeway. I'm hoping the managers see this "review" (message). Your employees need some major training in customer service! I shouldn't be the one saying, "Hi, how are you doing?" and then they say, "Hi. Fine." And I shouldn't be the one to say, "Thanks! Have a good night." They don't reply because they're on to the next customer. Other than this, I love this store!Oh yeah - potential customers, make sure you check the expiration dates (they can sometimes be past the date).
