This place used to be birrieria el guero and it's not anymore idk why it shows on google maps like it still. I never leave bad reviews but this apatzingan place is nothing like it. The birria de chivo is disgusting and the consome was nothing but grasa "cebo" and the cashier with orange hair is rd like a mf lol. Don't know why??? I was expecting the carnitas to be good since they are from Michoacán but not even that. No vuelvo a venir la verdad. Suerte

Don't come here for the birria. The birria sucks it's flavorless and has no taste. Aside from that it's overpriced and not worth it. Pros -Plenty of tables inside -A lot of parking outside Cons -Food sucks -Expensive

You can see the change there was in the preparation of your birria. Before it was very good and now it is a pure water broth with no flavor, the pure water with no flavor either. Raw tortillas. Super expensive really. We will never eat there again. Before it was worth paying what they charged because pork was delicious. But today. Idk pork is so bad. Sorry, it shows that there were changes.

Food is delicious and its Nice and clean . I eat birria and consome. Today I tried the caffee de olla and it's delicious. The cooks n waitress are all nice and ready to take care of ur order. On my next visit I'll try the menudo I hear it's really good especially with home made tortillas.yum

I am not the type to say how bad food was until I give them a second chance but wow, i was really disappointed.. I ordered 3 tacos of carne asada and they were very very bad. The tortilla tasted like it wasn't even properly heated up, the carne asada was very cold and not edible at all. Taking the words from my husband when he said "I would rather sit in a line for 2 hours to get an in n out burger than eat this again even if it was free"

If you're looking for real Birria, then look no further! I love that they package all the delicious flavoring on the side! The spicy oil was SOOOOOOOO GOOD! The meat so tender! This will always be were we go to get Birria de consume!!!

Looked up reviews so we decided to try. Very disappointed. Not sure if they changed cook but the birria was flavorless. Not impressed at all with the handmade tortillas. Definitely will not be back.
