Birria is super watery. Tacos are small (1 torilla each) with not a lot of meat for $6 to $7 which is extremely overpriced for the quality that you actually get.
I ordered the birria de chivo and my girlfriend ordered the enchiladas with cecina.
Being from Jalisco, I've tasted birria many times, this one had excellent flavor and the meat was very tender, it was very well prepared and cleaned with no bones or tough pieces, it's very rare to find birria this well prepared.
The enchiladas tasted like they were home made with a Michoacán style flavor, the cecina meat was good quality also and perfectly crisp.
