“Service was great, they were very patient with us. Food was fresh out of the kitchen and tasted delicious. We didn’t have to wait long for our food to come out. The place is clean, the tables didn’t have any leftover trash, and there was nothing on the floor except for where there were other customers.“
“I wanted to recognize Adam for his amazing customer service. I had previously visited this store and after horrible service (I was given literally 3 waffle fries and then the woman argued with me about weighing them etc) I decided I wouldn't come back. It's been a few months to a year and my family wanted Carl's JR for dinner and this one was the closest that is 24 hours/ open late (I get off work around midnight). So I stopped and was pleasantly surprised with Adam and his customer service. Actually, he IS the reason I have come back multiple times now. My order is always correct, it's always fresh, and he is always professional and kind. I appreciate Adam and I'm grateful for the positive change. Thank you Adam!“
“Good was okay, Burgers seemed precooked and reheated little dissapointing.. place was dead empty literally had to ask if anyone there no one up front at all or in kitchen area.Had Angus Maximus as pictured with no cheese or Mayo added jalapeños and mustard.“
