“Not sure if this is the correct UK. The food I had was from a mobile unit. I had BBQ ribs with the very best Mac and cheese I have ever tasted just delicious. So my next purchase will be the “maddog” which sounded so good. That will be tonight in wilderness lakes rv resort. So looking forward to another high quality meal. I was also impressed with the level of caring and polite staff very courteous and helpful“

“Chef Vija was amazing! Her energy and presence is a 10/10 and was a wonderful edition to our girls trip in 29 palms! Her communication and quickiness on getting back to me with catering prices and menu options was wonderful. She came with great energy and got straight to work in the kitchen, before we knew it the food was done and presented to us beautifully. Everything we ordered was delicious and put us right into a food coma! We recommend her to anyone that vists the area and even to family and friends. A 100/10 experience!“

“We hired Gracie’s lunchbox in July for a Quinceañera! They were amazing! The food was delicious! They made green salad, 2 different pastas and their delicious herb toast, and fruit for later in the night. I forgot to tell them that we extended our event for an extra hour and informed them at the event. They just gave me the fee and didn’t make a fuss about it at all. They serviced the entire event and did an amazing job bussing tables, serving cake and late night snack. They were all so pleasant to work with. I definitely would hire them again! Excellent food and excellent service!“

“My personal favorite Churros. The truck pulled up at the party, say What! Yes and it's definitely the best Churro heart I've ever tasted it comes with a side of vanilla ice-cream, chocolate dipping sauce, and sprinkles. It was a great way to end the night. A+++“
