Gone there couple of times food was cold employees rush u on what u want to eat your food is already with the x person when u haven't even finish telling what else u would like. And im talking about me going at a time that is was nice and slow.

My family and I enjoy chipotle and regularly go. It’s good and sometimes they give decent meat portions . Today (9/5/25) I was given a very light portion chicken in my burrito and the steak bowls had literally a handful of steak. To top it off my daughter and I both almost ate the skin of the avocado. I hardly ever leave reviews . Chipotle needs a leadership revamp.

Love this place but the workers are okay, the only girl that helped us was in the back, their was 3 out front 1 was doing online orders I was like okay that’s fine she’s busy but the other two one on her phone and the other one laughing with her, what type of customer service is this?? And to top it off no napkins and the seating area was sooo and I mean so dirty, ofc I’ll keep buying but yall need to better:)
