We've been to Crepes N Cravings on more than 1 occasion. Everything we've ever tried has always been good. But, they are lacking in the customer service. There was a gentleman and a lady making the orders when we went. Another person had to be called to come help because they were so busy. There must have been 3 groups of people before us. Obviously, they were busy, and we had no problem waiting. 2 people in our party ordered first, and the guy didn't take their order correctly. When it was my turn to order, I had to make a call to someone to ask what else they wanted because they weren't able to make what she had requested. The guy walked away mid order and didn't come back to complete my order. When the girl walked to the register to hand off a completed order, she asked if I had been helped. She had to complete my order because he had just walked away. The 2 employees either don't get along or they have terrible communication skills. You can just see in their facial expressions that they don't work well together. Also, I don't have anything against people wearing earphones at work. But, if you are taking orders, you might not want to wear them, so you can actually hear what people are requesting. The guy took my brothers order wrong, and some of my orders were wrong as well. We didn't complain while there. We knew they were busy, but it is annoying that they don't take the orders correctly, which is probably because they have the earphones on. The lack of good customer service is something we often experience here. There used to be a guy in his 30s who was working here and had great customer service, but I am not sure if he still works there or not. Too bad I can't remember his name to post it. Overall, the food and desserts are great. Just don't expect too much from their customer service. I'd give 5 stars if their customer service improved.

The food is good but the wait for a simple order is ridiculous. 30 min for 2 ice creams? Come on hire more people.

We tried the Traditional Crepe which came with strawberry, chocolate, and whip cream. The crepes are soft, not the crispy on the outside kind. We came on a weeknight around 8 pm ish and the plaza was somewhat quiet. There were some cars on the lot but no other patron was inside the establishment. We ordered the food, and the service was good, but the ambiance was a little sketchy at that time of night. They had metal bars surrounding the storefront and we saw security outside, could be for the tobacco store next door, but it was giving us an uneasy vibe. We ate our crepes rather quickly and called it a night. The crepes were soft though it did come with a generous amount of strawberries. I have to agree with fellow Yelpers here that they do not use Nutella here.. it was watered-down chocolate syrup at best. Bleh. Not sure if I'd recommend this place. They have other stuff on the menu.

Omg... this place is good but they need to hire more help. Poor guy working there had us waiting for over 30 minutes for our order. He was doing everything at once from cashier to preparing the food and serving us... then having more and more people coming in thru the door. I felt sorry for him. People were not sure what to order and we were patiently waiting for him to go back to prepare our meal... it was awful.
Good tasty options, will be back.
