The Lomo torta is soooooo delicious. Ive tried it both ways dry and ahogada (wet) and ahogada is definitely my favorite. The meat is a little spicy, it definitely had my nose running so if you dont like spicy than you might want to try a different meat.
First time going and I just want to say that it won't be the last. I highly recommend La torta ahogada de lomo(pork shoulder), the sauce is spicy so keep that in mind. It's really good!!
