It is a good deal for the money and the price of some of the other mom and pop type pizza joints. The wings we got for the app were the large size ones... And the pizzas were delicious. “We had dinner at Giovanni's last night after the Italian chain restaurant across the street had an hour wait at 7 pm. We were seated right away at a comfortable booth. Almost at once, a friendly server arrived and asked us if we would like to order drinks. Water arrived quickly, shortly followed by a well-priced bottle of Chianti. We split a large dinner salad, and it was fresh and crunchy with a variety of greens, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, your choice of dressing. My husband and I split a medium Giovani's Special pizza which has all sorts of veggies plus pepperoni AND sausage on it. The crusty was perfectly cooked and the pizza was delicious. My mother ordered the spinach lasagna which was loaded with spinach. My husband helped her finish it and proclaimed it exceptional. This restaurant is an undiscovered neighborhood gem. If you are looking for a good Italian restaurant serving all your favorites with excellent service, you will not be disappointed with Giovanni's.“
“A few months ago, I reached out to this Pizza Factory location to see if they could help with raising funds for my son's tackle football team. I worked with Yesenia and Liz to put together a dine in/dine out fundraiser. These two ladies, along with all of the staff they had working that night, were amazing! We could not have asked for better customer service. They were so accommodating and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They decorated the store with our league's football colors and hung up our team banner. Liz also played a highlights video on their TV so our boys could enjoy watching themselves play while eating their pizza. I am extremely grateful to them for allowing us to raise funds for our football team. I was already a customer before this because the pizza is so good and Yesenia has always been so friendly. “Four friends. One got there early, and we had a table when we 3 arrived. Otherwise, our wait would have been a crowded hour. Parking isn't easy most times of day, especially handicap parking. My friend drove, so I was taken to the door. But on my own, I personally often don't go in because of parking and waiting for a seatOur waitress was attentive, and our service was excellent. Especially because we were ordering the "bonus" entree to go. It was extra work, and she handled it efficiently.The food was good, and one person is on a special diet with no pasta because of a medical issue. She had a delicious steak. My spaghetti and meatsauce and meatballs were a very generous portion. Also, Zuppa Toscana is delicious and a generous portion.The others were satisfied with their meals, and we all love Tiramisu. It, too, was a nice portion.Note: Any time I order Tiramisu to go, the portion is about half of what is served at the restaurant.All in all, this experience was good because I was dropped at the door AND because a friend arrived early to get our booth. But our lovely waitress topped off the good experience.Two in our party had just flown in and were coming from the airport so the positive experience was great for them.Parking: I mentioned already. Difficult for handicap as there are only a few spaces and they are often all taken. It's rare to find parking near the entrance even at varied hours. Walking with a walker can be difficult.“
“Romanos has the best Italian food in the area. Their manicotti and chicken Parmesan is just perfect. My only complaint is with their take out. When we have food delivered from them about half the time they forget something in the order. The salad, the bread, once even the meatballs on our spaghetti and meatballs. It makes us pause sometimes before ordering because the omissions are so random and frequent, and disappointing when ordering is a treat after a long day. Still, the food is top notch and I highly recommend, just be aware of the likelihood of an omission on a delivery order.“
