Food is great, but service has slowly, but gradually been declining. I always order a Mini-pak and pay extra to upgrade to large drinks, but the cashier refused. They were very rude about it to the point that we rather go elsewhere. If you go a few hours before closing they ask you not to sit certain places and become upset if you decide to dine in.

The food other than the chicken constantly goes bad!! They literally just pack it, they don’t take the time to taste it to see if it’s still good. I spoke to a manager and explained that the potato salad and beans were sour. Also, the tortillas were hard and had stains on them He told me To throw it away & that I could go in the next day to replace the food. My wife went in, and they refused to give her the Replacement for the potato salad or tortillas because they didn’t Know what manager we spoke to. He never gave us a name over the phone. So we showed the receipt but they were insistent that they needed the managers name as if they had 20 managers in that location. Horrible Quality of food, other than the chicken. Check your food before you This location otherwise you’re just throwing away your money

When I moved out to this area I was soo happy to find a Juan Pollo nearby! The tastiest rotisserie chicken ever to the bone!
Associates lack proper training; friendly, attentive customer service is non-existent.

We ordered for 45 people. The ordering was easy. It was ready on time and the order was complete. We had friendly customer service. The food was delicious the potato salad was a big hit! Our guests were very satisfied.

I love me some Juan Pollo . My main one I go to is Temecula but on this particular instance I stopped in at the Perris Location. The woman at the counter has the worst customer service. First she just stares at you and looks blank no great whatsoever. I go ahead and place my order and ask her for 2 serano peppers instead of salsa same thing I do at every location I've been to. She says no they won't do that. I offer to pay extra she's just says no . So I just told her to cancel the order and I walked out. This just doesn't make any sense.

Love this place. Quick and Easy meal option Every time I've gone home to visit in the last few years, Juan Pollo has been a great place to pick up a rotisserie chicken or two to share with the family .
I like Juan pollo but the cashier girls give poorly services. They don’t greet well and give attitude right away.

Horrible experience with customer service, I bought a $50.00 chicken meal and got two Salsas I asked for extra and the lady at the cashier said. No!! we charge for extra. I told her it would of been nice if she told me before I used my ATM and she said there is a sign, I told her I didn’t have my glasses and said Well I’m sorry!! She turned around and went to the back ignoring me, not even out of courtesy she gave me the Salsa. NEVER Again will I go back to this place !!!
