Honestly this is the only Starbucks I been too where they are super friendly and will remake your drink when it separates and are always super quick (: haven’t had any bad experiences here. They always make my drink perfect thank you for all that you guys do. Ik there be a lot of Karen’s here lol. Never been inside but drive thru is good especially for ppl working graveyard shifts!

went to this starbucks this morning and the drive thru girl forgot a straw and asked for a tip... also the straw was crushed and broken which made it really sucky and not in a good way... Lord help us all

This Starbucks has the worst customer service! The last time I went on 3/6 at 7:38am the partner was just so rude. You could make a million mistakes, but if you are nice I am good with my visit.You got my order wrong — fineYou couldn’t reload my moms card — fineYou tendered the total to the wrong card— fineForgot stuff — fineBut then when asked for napkins (bc we ordered 20$ worth of food) you are rude and give me a speech about how California law says u can’t give out straws, stoppers and napkins unless we ask. Not fine.This store manger has some serious opportunity when it comes to customer service.

They have the cutest, sweetest girl working there in the morning. Shorter blonde girl (I feel bad I don’t know her name to give her a shoutout she deserves). Every morning she has my drink ready, a big smile on her face and makes sure to tell me good morning every day! She is the highlight of my mornings!

Our family is planning to travel.They ruined our Christmas morning. We ordered online this morning. The app showed it was open and would be ready in few minutes(6:24). However, when we arrived, they hanged a sign which is said that they are not open until 7am. We waited 30minutes. Then they changed the signed which said they are not open until 7:30am, but drive thru is open at 7am. Then we need to wait in a long line on the drive thru again. I don’t understand why they can change the time so easily and ignore customers’ time…

My wife and I decided to ho look at Christmas lights. Our first stop being Starbucks. We both ordered hot coffees. At the window you usually get the smile and someone greeting you or some other nice gesture. Well, not there! I was handed the first of 2 identical cups. I ask the employee as he is handed me the coffee which one it was, as my wife and I ordered different styles. He said. "I don't know, I 'm not looking at the label." So my wife had to turn on the light to see which coffee it was. Wow, not very nice, polite, or knowledgeable. No wonder the 2.5 rating from almost two hundred people. Time to raise your standards people. Merry Christmas!
