They were in Valley Center today and I was incredibly impressed with the quality of the burgers.
I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner — genuinely wonderful people, with the whole family involved in running the business. Aside from how kind everyone was, everything about the food truck felt polished and thoughtfully done.
The burger absolutely did not disappoint. I had one with everything on it exactly the way they serve it, and it was incredible. We also got a plain burger for my daughter — no sauce, not even cheese, exactly how she likes it. She didn’t finish hers, so I got a chance to try the patty completely on its own, and the meat quality was genuinely solid.
Definitely worth checking out if you see them around, and I really hope they make their way back through Valley Center often.
