Very first time visit this Chinese eatery. I ordered Mongolian beef lunch special and sister had vege mix with beef and on both dishes beef weren't fresh and chewy. Can't recommend. Most of all prices on menus and receipt prices are different. It's a "Scamming". They should update pricing lists on menus.

Food is very good and they have the BEST iced tea. Very affordable lunch special. My son and I love it. Ambience needs a little bit of updating!

Kung Pao chicken best anywhere. Lunch specials are out of this world with huge amount of food. And dinner is quite nice, a large dinner assortment to chose from and to to eat here, the wor wonton soup has so many things in it. Vast menu.Very nice family runs place.Kid-friendliness: Laid back place kids can run wild if they want.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking very close to resturant, no stairs.

The food was great, I believe the owner was running it himself when I ate there, but the food came out fast, it was fresh, and the owner was kind. Also, the prices are very good especially if you can get the lunch

Spent $300 for takeout on Xmas eve. It was not good at all. Lacked flavor. Orange chicken was very dry. The Chow Mein had very little chicken and what chicken was there seemed like it was boiled. Haven't been here for about 10 years but wanted to give it a try. If you want "great" Chinese food take a trip to San Francisco. You'll be amazed at the difference!!

Very good food. We picked up, so did not dine in, but ambiance seemed nice. The service was very fast and friendly. Would go again! Also, the prices are very reasonable. We fed 4 people for $60.

Ordered Wor Wonton Soup with Shrimp this evening. It arrived with no Shrimp or seafood of any kind and it was flavorless. I called and spoke with a very rude young lady who told me that's the way they make it and told me to call Door Dash. I tried to explain to her that DD didn't make the soup her kitchen did. Got absolutely nowhere with her. I'll never eat there or order from there again. Management needs to train their employees in customer service!!!

Chinese food is my comfort food. I've tried most of the Chinese places in this area and this one comes out on top. Authentic home made not previously frozen egg rolls, nice and crispy. The price for their lunch special is like stepping back in time before Covid and inflation. Straight up the best deal around. I had the kung pao chicken and it was great! With just enough spice to make the flavor pop. The carpet could definitely use a replacement, the owner is a no nonsense down to business type but efficient and effective. So go on and support this long time establishment right in the heart of Petaluma.

Best Chinese food in sonoma county. Family run, really sweet and nice people. I go there whenever I get the chance.

The ambience could use some updating here. I was the only person there until, perhaps a half hour later, another single woman came in and sat by the window. The service is good and the food is good as well. I ordered a lunch special, almond chicken. It was exactly what you would expect from any Chinese restaurant. I would love to see this place flourish with a bit more pizzazz or freshening up somehow. The vibe feels tired. So if you're tired, maybe this is a good place to go! Conveniently located on Kentucky Street where there is abundant free parking.

We've been looking for a Chinese restaurant around these parts for our regular place, and Chinatown fits the bill perfectly. Good menu with all the standard Chinese/American fare, served up hot and tasty. The way they do ment-in-your-mouth meats will keep us coming bak as regulars. We always order a LOT of food so we have plenty of leftovers for the next couple of days. This visit we ordered 6 items for 2 people.Crab wonton appetizer, Wor wonton soup, Combo fried rice, Beef Chow fun, Walnut shrimp and General Tso chicken. All very good, but the General Tso was a bit salty for me. Soup was full of goodies, walnut shrimp was light and delicious, crab wontons were very delicate, chow fun wasn't greasy as is sometimes the case...all in all very very yummy and satisfied the Chinese food craving well. The atmosphere was pretty average...not bad, but feels like a bit of an upgrade would help the image and command higer $ per plate. I'm sure happy with the prices though. Service was prompt and responsive and very polite. Thank you for a great first experience at Chinatown. We'll be back again and again.
