This tiny, unassuming place. Staff that could have been trained at any 5 Star award winning restaurant, cooks tossing freshly made sour doughs into the air at dizzingly rates, so many customers on a simple Monday night. I have discovered thee best pizza in Sonoma County.

They have been consistent, quality is superior, by far the best pizza joint in Petaluma. Anytime I want pizza i always go to hectors. The staff is always friendly super helpful.
They were able to accommodate a large pizza order for the date and time I needed it by. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!

Schedule time to stop at Hector’s in Petaluma. You will not be disappointed. The pizza is made with sourdough crust, and when it arrived at the table it looked almost too perfect to eat. It was sooo delicious, with the perfect balance of crisp and chewy.
