This is only one of three in Petaluma that has socially separated outdoor seating and open restrooms. And this one has the drive thru so it is tops as far as Starbucks go. I really cannot believe those that have closed their restrooms and their outdoor seating. Regressive as far as I am concerned.And needless to say we do not go to those anymore.

Based on the reviews, this Starbucks Coffee Company location has very friendly and helpful staff. The staff always puts customers in the best mood. The espresso is good too. However, some reviews note that the location is going downhill. The bathrooms are always dirty, and the service inside is very slow. Ordering ahead seems to get orders out quickly, and those orders are made a priority over waiting customers. For some, the drive through is better than waiting inside. Despite these issues, many customers visit this store multiple times a week and consider it the best Starbucks they have ever been to.
