Juice House in Petaluma is one of our absolute favorites! We’re big fans of their Green Machine, Gecko’s Echo, Green Mary, and N-light-N—all packed with fresh flavor and energy. Their elixir shots are amazing (I grab one every single visit!) and you earn points for those.
I love that they sometimes offer 50% off juices, and their bottle return program (get $0.50 back per bottle) is a great way to recycle and get a discount. The team is always friendly, welcoming, and super helpful, and they’re more than happy to offer samples so you can try something new.
Everything is vegan and they also have almond milks, cold brews and Go Go Bites.

Such a nice staff member there. The selection is amazing.
I live 45 minutes away- have never been to this place before.
I wanted to be sure they had what I wanted before driving there so l called in the morning to place my order by phone. They said I couldn't do that and had to order online. I did so through DoorDash for pickup because it was unclear how to order on their website.
When I called to find out if my order was ready they said they didn't receive an order from DoorDash eventhough I had my confirmation. After several calls to the Juice Co they found my order.
When I went to pick up my large $115 order I asked for the freshest juice. They refused to give me 2 bottles of juice with the freshest date that they had in stock. They said I needed to take two juices that will expire 2 days from now because they are a small company and they wouldn't be in business if they sold the freshest juice when they had older ones in the refrigerator! Well they lost a good customer! Had they given those 2 freshest juices to me I would return weekly for a $100 order!
Their loss- poor judgment on the manager!!!

This store needs some management oversight. Three times I have come here recently and they had no stock. I even came one day and came the next day when I was told their delivery would be there. No luck again, I already have to accept a lot of the times the juice is not fresh that day. I like their juice but at $11 dollars plus tip, it ain't cheap! They really should make a commitment to have product when the doors open. The young girls who work there are sweet but have no real answers for help. Management seems on permanent vacation, help!!

First, I’ve frequented this establishment many times. Customer service has always been so-so. But, on this occasion, I drove up and parked, ran in to grab my usual juice, and was immediately told to move my vehicle. No, courtesy at all. The 2 girls said they’re expecting a delivery and I had to move. Parking in front of this place is always challenging, so part of your vehicle always ends up blocking part of their driveway, which by the way has no signs that say to not. Anyway, I said by the time I run back out, move my vehicle and come back in I could have already bought my juice and been out the door. All they said was, “next time don’t block our driveway”. I said thank you, and left. I will not de back. The way this was handled was unprofessional, and a symptom of the downward spiral of customer service in general. I literally drove alll the way to Santa Rosa to a local juice place that provides amazing customer service. It’s the little things.
