Horrible customer service. They have made multiple mistakes on delivery pizza. Today was the last time for us. Ordered a gluten free pizza, when I went to eat it, realized it was not GF (have celiac, couldn't eat it). Have a nice conversation with the manager and a new one is ordered. 1 hour and 30 minutes later no pizza, and when we call, we are told that the driver was confused by our address and rather than calling, he drove all the way back to the restaurant. Never have I had to deal with so many inept people working at a single place. Food that never showed up for delivery and then a driver who said he'd bring it right away and never showed back up, the refusal for a full refund and a completely incompetent staff who couldn't do the right thing when it came to customer service. I see why your yelp reviews are what they are.
