The best paella EVER. Tom has his team at Paella del Reyes are amazing. They came up and cooked at our welcome dinner for our wedding weekend in Mendocino right on the beach and it was everything we hoped it would be. Our guests went back for seconds, then thirds. idk what they put in their aioli but it is to die for. Tom is super easy to work with, minimal logistics are needed, and has a straight forward menu that fits every diet (vegan, gluten free, etc). Cannot recommend them...
We hired Tom and team for our wedding, and it was an excellent experience! The food was delicious, our guests still comment on how much they enjoyed it. Everyone had more than enough to eat and it allowed options for even picky eaters. It’s also so fun and festive to watch the food being prepared! Tom was wonderful to work with leading up to our event as well. They were able to accommodate serving the meal family style and made things so easy for our guests with dietary constraints....
We had Paella del Reyes cater our wedding dinner and it was perfect. Planning and communication was easy and quick, Thomas is great to work with. And most importantly, the food was delicious (and affordable). They accommodated allergies, vegans and vegs with a second smaller and somehow equally delicious paella. We look forward to the next time we get to enjoy his food!
