Driving through after leaving SF & had not yet had coffee. Stopped into Starbucks in Petaluma because they're consistent & I know what I'm getting. The girl who took our order was nice & sweet & personable. However, the woman making the coffee had attitude. She was obviously not having a good day or is just naturally unpleasant, but she was intentionally rude. First she ignored me when I asked for a straw & they forgot the cream in my husbands coffee & I had to ask for it to be added, which was obviously a huge inconvenience for her...then when I realized they had made the wrong drink & I asked that it be made over, she at first argued with me & then when the other girl who had taken the original order, confirmed that the wrong drink had been made, she begrudgingly made me the correct drink. Nothing about the visit was pleasant & I spent $50 there. No sorry, no thank you. No nothing. Rude service.

There's one specific employee that works here, always wears a sparkly mask, and they are absolutely wonderful. I know my drink will always be made perfect whenever they are working. I sincerely appreciate your consistency and kindness. I used to come by every morning on my way into work but my drink began being made different and wasn't consitent. Either the cinnamon cold foam wasn't added at all or it was made wrong, and way too sweet/different taste. I could have gone back in and said something multiple times but I was always in a rush to get to work so I never did.My drink of choice: iced oatmilk latte with extra cinnamon powder & cinnamon cold foam.

The drinks were good, it was our first time trying Starbucks drinks in a while. The decor in the store was great, and the place was clean. However, when we went to order, we had to wait almost 20 minutes for two medium sized drinks. The barista skipped us to serve their friends first, which was terrible customer service since we ordered before their friend. The barista also took a while making the drinks, standing around to talk to their friends, and skipping other people. Customer service was unacceptable.

Claimed I left a $5.00 tip on my debit card which was not the case as I used my phone to pay and did not touch any buttons on the machine. When questioned ‘Devon’ developed an attitude tossing my sandwich on the counter and asking me how much back I wanted. My order was $10.00 so I said I want the $5.00 I was overcharged, he replied ‘allegedly’. Very rude customer service in this store and watch what they’re charging.

I went in for a coffee and they were out of oat milk. Really? You have one product--coffee & the proper additions. If I was the manager I'd send staff to buy it across the street at Whole Foods instead of disappointing customers. Get it together.
