There's one specific employee that works here, always wears a sparkly mask, and they are absolutely wonderful. I know my drink will always be made perfect whenever they are working. I sincerely appreciate your consistency and kindness. I used to come by every morning on my way into work but my drink began being made different and wasn't consitent. What a lovely experience. I just got some bad news and my mood was 1/10 at 6.10am. By 630 my drink still had not arrived and I realized I'd ordered at the wrong Starbucks. I mentioned this by way of explanation why I'm leaving as my train was imminent. and a really kind batista made me another for free. I'm only sorry I didn't get her name but what a sweet person. I also saw 2 other staff kindly troubleshooting and calming an upset customer who misunderstood what she ordered....read full review
