Clean and merchandised well. Friendly, experienced, and welcoming staff. Parking can be slow going but for good reason. Park off to the side and walk up is recommended during busy times. One of the best locations I've visited. Keep up the great work team!

Went to this restaurant recently. Ordered through the mobile app. Had to wait a little bit when I got on site but it really was because they were very busy. The staff are extremely nice and very helpful, the coffee was hot and tasted good. There's parking, handicap parking, The Establishment is handicapped accessible, there's indoor seating, and bathrooms located on the premises. Would absolutely recommend for a visit!

This store is super busy and staff seem to be overwhelmed. They were out of stock on most common items including soy milk and cheese danish’s. Waited for 20min plus. While waiting decided to wash my hands in the restroom. That’s when I discovered the door handle lock was broken so I had to slide the trash can over to keep from opening. After washing my hands went to grab paper towels but instead of paper towels there were Starbucks napkins to dry your hands ?. Waited another 10min before my order came out. One of the hot chocolates I ordered had blue coloring on the lid, and have no idea what that was. This place desperately needs some solid direction amongst the staff. Staff seems angry and annoyed. This store is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and refresh. Furniture is worn and dirty and screams “ curb alert material” with remnants of drink spills and poor house keeping practices.
