The staff is always on point. From getting greeted as you come in. Always seated quickly. Fast friendly service. And the food is well seasoned and the Macho Burrito w Carne Asada that I had is fantastic and Huge.Parking: It's in a strip mall. There's a huge parking lot shared by all the shops. Usually easy to park close to the restaurant.
I finally made it in to Don Pancho's. Friends have recommended it to me & I wanted to order my favorite combo plate, chile rellenoes & cheese mole enchiladas. The restaurant is traditionally decorated and the vibe was cheerful & cozy. The rellenoes were delicious as were the enchiladas. I might ask them not to put as much cheese on top next time but I still enjoyed it. With a plethora of good Mexican Restaurants around, I was a bit skeptical trying a new place. El Roy's brick and mortar restaurant is tops, but I tend to take out, as I do at What a Chicken. The Mi Pueblo restaurants are great for eating in, some with outdoor seating. So after walking by many times to get dessert at Fruita, we gave Don Pancho a try. Warmly greeted when we entered.
