We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. In the past week I have ordered 2 teas and both times when I went to pick up the cup the lid popped off and got water spilled on my hands. It's unclear if this is an error with the cup and lid or an error putting the lid on. Either way this should not happen.

My friend and I walked in last night a few minutes from them closing. I really thought they would not serve us. There’s 2 youn ladies both blondes, said welcome in. We were allowed to order anything. It was the best service from any Starbucks, they set the bar how to interact with customers. I hope this gets to the boss! Ty for having such nice employees and I will continue to get my coffee there it’s a little out of my way, it’s worth it! Ty so much! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I frequent this location almost daily, so I will start by saying the team is super friendly and welcoming! This post is to share a recent appalling experience and lack of quality. I watched a customer pick up her mobile order, take a few sips and tell the manager (who was the barista at the time), that it does not taste right. The manager then dumped her drink into a new cup, put my label on it and tried to give to me! No refreshing of ice, simply dump and reuse. I am shocked...
