We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. My friend and I walked in last night a few minutes from them closing. I really thought they would not serve us. There’s 2 youn ladies both blondes, said welcome in. We were allowed to order anything. It was the best service from any Starbucks, they set the bar how to interact with customers. I hope this gets to the boss! Ty for having such nice employees and I will continue to get my coffee there it’s a little out of my way, it’s worth it! Ty so much! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I frequent this location almost daily, so I will start by saying the team is super friendly and welcoming! This post is to share a recent appalling experience and lack of quality. I watched a customer pick up her mobile order, take a few sips and tell the manager (who was the barista at the time), that it does not taste right. The manager then dumped her drink into a new cup, put my label on it and tried to give to me! No refreshing of ice, simply dump and reuse. I am shocked...

If you are having a hard morning, or not looking forward to another day at work, stop at this Starbucks and say hello to Deanna. She is by far one of the coolest humans I have ever met. She complimented me this morning on my eyelashes and it made me feel better than my latte does.
